Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

Always good food (chicken nuggets and waffle fries), always great service, drive thru was not as efficient as other Chick fil A's I've been too plenty of staff, just looked like they were either training or not well managed). Most Chick fil A's I've been too, the drive thru is a well oiled machine, fast and efficient, this one needs some work but they were still way better than most other fast food places. I'd still recommend and we'll be back!!!!

Well what can I say? It’s Chick-Fil-A! Love this location. They’re always pretty fast when I order is the app. I can be in the parking lot to order my meal and a minute after I complete the order, my kid runs inside and is back within a minute. Perfect speedy breakfast when you’re running late.

By far our favorite chick fil a. We used to come 2 4 times a week because my dad loved their milkshakes. He recently passed away and we hadn’t come in over a month we were greeted as if no time had passed. By far the best customer service around and it’s nice to see the same smiling faces.

I believe all chick-fil-A locations deserve 5 star reviews. Case closed! Their customer service at this location is mind blowing. The staff are well trained. My order have never been incorrect. My food is always warm. I've traveled all over the country and never been to a Chick-fil-A that had poor customer service. The spirit of excellence and the staff that they hire makes it almost impossible to give them a poor review. I hope that Chick-fil-A will train McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, KFC, Popeyes Chicken and Taco Bell on how to be this excellent. Great customer service will always make a huge difference

Disappointed every time I come here. They pay no attention to detail and something is always missing a straw, napkins, etc. I ordered breakfast and a cup of water. The team member brought the food, no napkins and no drink. I mentioned the water I ordered to him and he replied, “They’re working on it.” I never did get the water, I just choked down the food and left.
