Co Park Rd - Charlotte

The food and service here is always good. I like the vegan spring rolls and the spicy Udon. However, I only give 3 stars, because from October 2021, this restaurant will not pay its servers a living wage.

You can't go wrong with Co! You have delicious veg options, and you can enjoy $3 edamame during the happy hour!

Vegan menu and great atmosphere. The bowls, salads, rolls, all clear. It's the best sushi place I visited. Dope Vibe.

I love Co. My non-vegan man wanted to go and I looked at the menu before and fell in love with me. We had the Edamame Gyoza, and I had a ram shell that Veggie had broth and was totally vegan! Your tofu is delicious! Will definitely go back.

I am a real picky eater and i was am to get out of my comfort zone. The food was amazing and the staff was amazing! I told them what i like and the recommendation was perfect!! Would recommend anyone to try this place you will enjoy it!!
