Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Charlotte

We had a party of 10 so we had to wait for our table. He was greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. After being seated the server came and was very friendly and polite and also took orders and brought out the food in a timely manner also came back and checked on us frequently. We have no complaints about the service or the food. My son was loving the bread that was brought out. He said his cheeseburger and macaroni and cheese was delicious. As you can see most of us order the salmon and shrimp. It was also delicious. So overall we enjoyed the night out as a family, the food and the customer service we received was excellent

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and was extremely impressed. The onion rings were delicious, some of the best I've ever had. I also enjoyed the Cobb salad and wings. Yes! All of us ordered the Peach Mimosas, which were on special. My friend tried the Philly egg rolls and BLT salad, and they were also pleased with their choices. We will definitely be returning, possibly this weekend.

The highlight of our dining experience at Northlake Firebirds was definitely our amazing server, Jackson. He was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive, providing exceptional service that truly made our evening unforgettable.

This restaurant offers top-notch service and delicious food. Marvin's attention to detail was exceptional, and Brittany provided excellent service as our server. Our party of 11 had a fantastic dining experience.

Terrible experience. The food was borderline disgusting. The waitress threw the straw at us. The bathroom was like a gas station bathroom and the staff knew and did nothing about it.
