Futo Buta - Charlotte

This restaurant offers delicious food! My favorite was the fried chicken, which was super juicy and paired with a flavorful sauce. It was cooked just right, crispy without being greasy. The smoked dishes were also fantastic. I especially liked that they provided extra spicy sauce on the side. The gyotza appetizer was also excellent. The restaurant is a small, charming place with a variety of delicious options available.

This restaurant has the best atmosphere and the best ramen. We ordered the ramen with double noodles and it was fantastic. The rice krispy squares with spicy tuna fish were a delicious appetizer. We loved sitting outside on the patio overlooking the railroad tracks.

The service, atmosphere, and flavors were fantastic! The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was delicious and filling. I will definitely be stopping by this restaurant every day after I finish riding the trolley when I am in Charlotte.

Loved thunfischrei reis crispy squares and the pig bell bunkers. the Tonkatsu wheels were really delicious. the beer selection was also great and the service fantastic!

This place is AMAZING! Small but the atmosphere is great. Would come here again and again. Food was bomb and the server (Daniel) was friendly and filled with knowledge of the menu. Would recommend this place to anyone. Moving to NC from Florida, this Futo Buta kills all the other Ramen places I've ever been to in Florida or North Carolina. Keep up the good work guys and gals!
