In Charlotte for a business trip and decided to pop in and try this ice cream since my family is originally from Morelia. Great ice cream but poor service. They opened 8 minutes ago and the girl look like she was miserable. Definitely not the type of service you expect walking into a shop that just opened. As a business owner, I always teach my employees the importance of customer service and first impressions. You never know who will walk through the door!
