Queen Park Social - Charlotte

We were visiting Charlotte for the weekend and we really enjoyed this place a lot! Great place to catch a few drinks, hangout with friends playing all sorts of games to enjoy a good day in Charlotte! The staff was really helpful and attentive! I?ll definitely come back here to enjoy some drinks again with friends!

What a great experience! We went there on a Sunday morning. Super friendly place from the start. We played all the games! What an adult funhouse!! Great beers and apps! I can?t say enough about the service. Everyone was very helpful and excited! I would highly recommend this for Sunday funday!! Cheers!

Came here after we did an escape room and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was not as busy as we thought it would be. Grabbed a couple of drinks and sat down for a bit, and enjoyed a few rounds of Uno with their big deck of cards they have!!! It was so much fun. Afterward, we decided to play a few of their games. Ski ball, air hockey, driving games, ping pong, all that good stuff! They have about 3 bars, and every time we went, there was never a long wait. I feel like this is kind of like Slingshot located in Southend, but this location is a bit smaller. They used to have pool tables on the other side of where the arcade games are located but when we walked to that area, we were surprised to see that it was turned into a Lounge area with a bar, VIP tables a DJ and dance floor area. I was surprised to see it EMPTY of a Saturday night. My husband and I took the opportunity and had a blast being the only ones on the dance floor and practicing our dance moves! Overall, it was a great time. Lots of games and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going back for sure if we are ever in the area again.

If you could rate “0” and still post a review, that’s what I would do. To start, my family waited over an hour for some of our meals to come out. That’s correct we paid for meals for only some to come out. I tracked down the server not once, not twice, but three times to find out what was happening with the rest of our food. I asked to speak to a manager, and I had to go find her too. I finally spoke to the manager, and she let me know that she was cancelling our ticket and providing a refund. So not only did I wait for over an hours for portions of our meal to come out, but I left without actually eating only my kids’ orders made it to our table (about 30 minutes apart).I don’t live near this restaurant, and I was visiting the area with my family. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Yes, the manager did refund me. She refunded me for meals I never received. There was no attempt to make it right. Instead, I was told that why this happened (new server, new system, etc) nothing I could control.Be warned. Look elsewhere.

Awesome establishment. Great weekend outing. You can even bring family/kids for a fun day. Bowling, Miniature Basketball Hoops, and more. Food Food Food. I thought this would be all grown-ups and to many people for the wait staff and bartenders to keep up with, buttttttttt...
