Sonic Drive-in - Charlotte

This Sonic is one of the best I've ever been! Their hot dogs and special lemonade (which I forgot the name) are simply phenomenal. Finding it might be a little tricky. Even with busy hours, you can get your food quickly.

The wait was kinda long but the employee were super friendly and was working as fast as possible . The food is always cooked just right and I've never had a problem with it. Was alittle disappointed in the sweet tea but not everyone wants to get diabetes like I do when I get sweet tea so I don't hold that against them haha I'm from out of town and can tell you this sonic is way more organized an more friendly then my home town! Great work

Do not waste your time going to this Sonic. Customer service is the worst. They come up with new excuses daily. Being someone who has worked at Sonic, not this one thank God?I go to order this morning and she says we don?t serve burgers in the morning so it would be 12 mins. The wait was not the problem, I said the entire menu is usually available, she said it?s breakfast we don?t drop burgers during breakfast. This made me laugh because yes they do. None the less they lazy and will tell you anything.

Ever since the pandemic started this place has fell off drastically. I?ve came here a few times each time was horrible, I was in the drive through waiting for over 30 min for my fries to be soggy my popcorn chicken barley had any honey bbq sauce on it. Very disappointed. OH YEAH THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS ALWAYS DOWN ?

The food was nice and the staff were friendly. However this Sonic is a bit run down everything was sun bleached and the outdoor dining seats looked dirty. Sad to see it in this condition as the whole point of Sonic is the fun drive in experience.
