Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely incredible every time I visit! From the hostess to the bartenders and managers, the service is always exceptional, and they truly remember their guests. Christian, Tom, and Travis are outstanding. The food is delicious, and the dietary options are impressive. I highly recommend the filet mignon and NY strip, along with the Brussels sprouts—they're just fantastic! The wine selection is also excellent, with generous pours. Overall, the entire experience is smooth and delightful.
I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant—definitely the best I've ever had in the Charlotte area during my decades of living here. I want to commend everyone at this establishment for surpassing all my previous expectations.
I celebrated my 31st birthday at Steak 48 on Monday, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. Analese's recommendations perfectly matched our preferences and were incredibly delicious! The lobster roll appetizers were so good that we almost wished we had ordered them as a full entrée. However, we decided to go with the bone-in ribeye and filet, and they were phenomenal. Each steak was flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served in generous portions. My fiancé and I are still debating whether the corn crème brûlée or the lobster rolls were more indulgent. Overall, I would give Steak 48 a perfect 10/10! We loved everything about our visit: the drinks, food, atmosphere, ambiance, service, and dessert. Thank you, Steak 48 – we will definitely be back!

Let me start out by saying that this was absolutely the BEST dining experience from start to finish I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ve traveled the world and have been too many fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, etc…what you have here at Steak 48 is quite special, simply because your entire staff makes it an experience.Abby did an amazing job at Valet, opening the door for me, while also complimenting my attire.While waiting on my guests to arrive at the bar, Sean the bartender whipped up the best Old Fashioned, while I enjoyed some nice small talk with the “regulars” at the bar. Beautiful ambiance as well.Sammy was our waiter, and it was an evening of celebration for two of my business partners. Sammy was 5 stars! Everything he recommended, we ordered from the crispy ?, to the Lobster rolls, star fruit martinis, Tomahawk Waygu(best I had ever had), corn crème brulette, and the dessert WOW! Spectacular.Furthermore, Sou Chef Rick and Chef Nigid, showed us how they made our steaks, truly delightful to see the tender, love, and care that goes into the food that was prepared for us. Then we were greeted with an array of different staff members like Mitch, Jarod, Adam, and Arturo, whether it was delivering food, or making sure our refreshments were refilled -all had incredible table side manners, and came with a smile.Lastly, Mason, the beverage manager came by to check on us at the end-now this gentlemen was exquisite! He topped off our evening with a bow with telling us about the history of Steak 48, the passion the entire staff has for what they do, and how whatever the role is they owned it.All around they created a most enjoyable dining experience for my business partners and I.Looking forward to seeing them every time I’m in town for business!
