Yume Ramen Sushi - Charlotte

Excellent taste and balance. Ramen was top notch and the sushi rolls were fresh! The waitress, Brenda, was on point with her recommendations. If local Japanese is your thing, then Yume is a must stop!

I think this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in town. The sashimi was fresh, shrimp and vegetable tempura was fried perfectly(light and crispy). The Deluxe sushi set had an amazing presentation with fresh cut of each fish. I didn?t try theramen but my friend told me it was rich, flavorful and tasty. The only thing I think they could improve was the Yakitori(Japanese skewers), they were just ok. I will come back sometime again for the chef sashimi set.

Fantastic! The servers were incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu specials. It’s always a good sign when the staff genuinely enjoys the food they serve. I highly recommend the chubby toro roll; it was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture before it disappeared! They also offer an excellent selection of sake and drinks, catering to all tastes. Be sure to visit during their lunch hours from 4 to 6:30 PM for great discounts and meal options.

I won’t sugarcoat it—this is the best ramen I've had in years! The ramen they serve is truly outstanding. I drove 35 to 40 minutes out of my way just to enjoy it. The service was exceptional, and the food surpassed my expectations. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. My first experience here was the best I've had at any restaurant.

We had an excellent experience! The food was delicious, and our waitress was fantastic. We sampled a little bit of everything. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star rating is that the Yakitori dishes were a bit tough.
