I ordered the bo-berry biscuit and the sweet potato pie, the pie was not on their listed menu, outdoors or on the app. The bo-berry biscuit was not good, it was sour and burnt tasting, I ended up throwing it away. The staff was nice and the food wasfast so I appreciate that.
I ordered three meals around brunch time, and when I requested BBQ sauce, I was informed it would cost $0.26. Despite having ordered three chicken meals, I couldn't get the sauce because they weren't chicken tenders.
I had a quick experience at the drive-thru and appreciated the variety of options available for the 12-piece meals. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious!
I’m not entirely sure of the young lady's name, but I believe it was De'Lisa. I had a coupon for $19.99, but she charged me over $30 instead. When I brought it up, she got upset with me and ignored my attempts to talk to her. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she briefly spoke to him for about 30 seconds before refusing to assist me any further. Fortunately, he stepped in and handled my order. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant, and I wish the young lady good luck; she’s going to need it with such a poor attitude!
