Awful and rude staffs..... went to pick up and was ignored for more than 5min with them making loud jokes and laughing out loud ..... all of them in the kitchen and cashier were all Indians and instantly my perspective about Indians changed .... no apology tendered ..... awful staffs would never buy there again ....A&W can do better..... anyway food was good

The women working Cecille didn’t know how to treat with the customers. i was there with my friend for dine in and i asked for some ketchup and tissues and she literally just throwed towards me….Didn’t liked the way she treated..I will tell my friends never visit the store again….

So they said they would be closed from Jan 8th to the 13th it is now Jan 14th and they r still closed I’m appalled as an avid a&w customer that they would lie and treat their customers and business in that sort that’s why I’m leaving a 1 star review I expect to hear an apology from management as well and if they take their business as half as serious of McDonald’s or Wendy’s they would give me a full meal deal next time I go if they’re even open

Bun was burnt on the top, burger was very sloppy/messy.
