Pizza Inn - CHARMHAVEN

Utterly disappointed in the lack of communication. We called and ordered the double deal at 7.19, told 30-40minute wait, which is reasonable given its Friday night. What isn't reasonable is we have only just received our order, 90 minutes later. We phoned again (67 attempts after a busy dial tone) to get a disgruntled employee stating 70minute wait times. We get it, your busy. But if you were straight up from the start we probably wouldn't have ordered. It's nearly 9pm no one wants to eat this late

Best pizza's EVER!!Decided to add some prawns to my good oll favorite.... jeez... must have swam off between the shop and my house... need a net next time.Will still order my peet from here next time but wont throw my $2 in tuggerah lakes.

I'm a Pizza Inn fan, after frequenting the tuggerah store i expected charmhaven to be the same. wrong. pizzas are often burnt or soggy as hell, no in between. the place itself looks dirty and the staff ive dealt with always seem gloomy. go to vesuvius a few doors down if you feel like a good pizza.

This pizza restaurant has lovely staff whoare friendly and helpful....old fashion service. The pizzas were really nice and can't be compared to other chain companies. You pay for what you get.

Avoid it please people. Im a former cookof 10 years plus and its bad food prep cooking the lot!! Im still waiting on the 2 phone calls back from the manager. Its our 2nd visit in 2 months we have spent a total of $150 plus!!! and honestly 110% no lies the pizzas were so wet and soggy with next to no toppings on it and not cooked fully absolutely disappointed. The garlic on the garlic pizza is still yet to be smelt or seen on it. My seafood pizza was a lake of liquid with a super soft undercooked base with the corner of the box dripping through grease or oil. I have a photo for the evidence. But more on my mrs phone. The toppings are non existent i counted 4 octopus and 7 prawns on it which is not a seafood pizza with that amount. Where as before the change of hands around a yr ago at very most the pizzas were amazing cooked to perfection couldnt fault them but now the service is not like the old owners at all. I couldnt let my mrs or kids eat them the 2nd time as it was beyond repair. I put them in the oven on 160 fan forced to try and salvage them but my attempt was unsuccessful for human consumption. The delivery drivers said the amount of complaints from deliveries is getting to them too. Im not happy with them at all, an apprentice could do better. Just go to Vesuvius pizza and a bit of luck pizza inn will sell to someone else.
