Tuck Seng Chinese Restaurant

Mmm the wait is outrageous. Eat before you come lol . Obviously waitress are run off their feet needs more cooks & so much take away is being served up little attention for the restaurant waiting over 1 1/2 hrs for food is just nuts then all meals didn't come at once . So family left waiting for their meals once again , can say food was great but be warned ,go on a Monday night perhaps.

NOTE: My feedback here is based on my Take-Away experience. In total I've had more than 10+ take-away experience from this Chinese restaurant over a two-year period.The food I generally order from Tuk Seng is delicious and fresh. It’s not the best Chinese food I’ve tasted in the Central Coast, but still delicious nonetheless. Besides, they are five times closer than the one that in my opinion have better food. As a result, I tend to use them more frequently, and have no issues with the quality and taste of their food.My issue lies with their service. On every one of the 10+ take-away interaction I’ve had with the place, not a single one has been on time.After the third interaction, I started giving them more time than what they tell me when ordering. If they say, 15-20 mins, I’d give them 25-30 mins. Yet, even by doing this, I still had to wait another 10-15mins at the restaurant as my order wasn’t ready.After a while, I started doubling the times they gave me. But again, I still had to wait another 10-15mins for my food to get ready. It’s as if they only start cooking my order as soon as I pick it up.So when it happened again when I ordered early this year [2016], I haven’t returned since. It’s a pity as their food wasn’t bad, but I refuse to support business with lousy service.

This is quality chinese food & reasonably priced. Parking off main road, front of restaurant. Good takeaway service also.

The food is great, tasty and good value and there is plenty on the menu to pick from. It's our choice for family take-away.
