Nice coffee shop in out of town space but with easy parking. Great coffee, cakes and fresh cooked food.. even better they have a great take out service and an amazing buffet service too!! Highly recommend!

We went for dinner and I informed them I was dairy free (due to allergy issues) I was informed I could have the bruschetta, when it arrived it was covered in Parmesan cheese so obviously sent it back. Then came the mains, I ordered a create your own pasta and checked I could eat everything that was in it. Once I had eaten the server came over and told me that for next time I should be aware that the veg was caramelised in butter (the onions are too but they gave me normal onion instead) and that they were sorry I had eaten it. Luckily whoever cooked the meal read the information on the order and didn’t put in the veg that would have made me extremely poorly. Very thankful for the cook, completely unbelievable that someone told me after I’d eaten it about the butter! Eating out with an allergy and intolerance is something that causes worry and concern, what should have been a lovely meal out was very stressful! Absolute shame as it looked such a lovely place!

This place is somewhat off the beaten restaurant path in Loughborough, but it is without doubt the best Italian to be found in the area, but it's worth going out of the way to eat here. They've just re-opened, and I was impressed with how well they are handling Health and Safety for customers. Despite having a wide menu, they manage to do all the food very well indeed, and at good prices. I've been coming here for several years, and I've never had something that wasn't delish. I would especially recommend the pizzas, lasagna, meatball sandwich. They have improved their selection of desserts I noted this time, with some additions such as pistachio cake. Service was absolutely brilliant this time. Because a new member of staff got something wrong on my order, they didn't ask me to pay, which shows how much they value their customers!! You can sit indoors, or out. There is parking just out front, or across the road there is a small car park that is free. They also do take-away. One thing to note is that because of Covid, they can't allow anyone to use the toilet, unless it's an emergency.
