Mario's Pizza - Charnwood

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service is terrible and the food is awful. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I have been to this restaurant three times now and each time has been disappointing. The last visit was the worst, as they got my order wrong and just threw pineapple on top of the pizza. The pictures on their menu are misleading, as you only get half of what is shown. It is a rip off and I would recommend going somewhere else. The manager claimed they would fix the mistake by just putting pineapple on top, resulting in a cold pizza. I have been here before the lockdown and the quality was much better. I will never be returning as the pizzas have gone downhill. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog as there was hardly anything on it.

The food at this restaurant arrived 45 minutes late and was not very appetizing. The chips were overly soggy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Gave the guy a £20 note and he tried to give me change for a tenner because I was a little drunk and he thought he'd get away with it. Gave me the extra tenner back when I pointed it out, it was no accident.

I ordered a.chicken kebab which was dreadful it came with chicken and veg In a box with ONE pitta bread on top. It took a while to get here so i called and asked when my food would get here and they were very rude on the phone and said cancel your order then if you can’t wait. Very disappointed with the foood and customer survive. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
