Mongkok Cafe @chase Country Inn

This is the best Sushi I have had in the interior of BC hands down. Mongkok is a total hidden gem. The owner/chef is extremely friendly and inviting! He’s from japan, but worked many years in whistler at a very popular sushi joint. I go here every chance I can get!

A really pleasant surprise in Chase! Authentic and flavourful dishes. The wontons and Thai green curry were awesome! Clean dining room. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth stopping here for lunch or dinner even if not staying in Chase. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Not as good as our visit last October. Very friendly but the food lacked luster. Steamed rice came last while the chop suey and sweet n sour pork got cold. Which the pork was grisly. Out of chow mein? Wth? Wished i have just ordered soup. At least it would have been hot. Very Disappointing.

Our first time here was great! The food was so much better than your typical Asian food in the area which we were expecting. We had just returned from southeast Asia and loved the authentic flavours of every dish...the second time was to try the Thai green curry! Wow...authentic...and flavorful.. fresh and exactly what I craved when leaving Thailand!! Love this place...will continue coming for the great food and the warm and welcoming service! I would recommend this place before any other place I've been to.. from kamloops to kelowna!

Very good food! Delicious BBQ pork(so good) chow mein and the sweet and sour pork was yummy. The only thing I would change is to add a little more S/S sauce to the pork. A great addition to Chase dining!
