Dunkin' - Chateaugay

Chateaugay Dunkin Donuts seems to be one of the most efficient, organized and welcoming DD 's ever! The staff /employees are all so nice and seem to care about their customers. I have never gotten an order that wasn 't perfect yet! I hope I didn 't jinx this because it 's been too good to be true! 5 ? 's all the way! I really have to throw the new Ellenburg DD in the GREAT POT as well! Great job guys and gals that go out of their way every day to make someone else 's day bright with a smile and a great CUPPA every time ?

Poor listening skills, orders are always wrong or missing altogether. Wait time is lengthy when comparing to other fast food coffee shops. Food is sloppily made and usually cold. The Hot Coffee is the only thing that gets a 5 star!

They didn't have a very good variety of donuts and only had one kind of bagel available but the worker was very friendly

I bought two med decaf and they were made perfectly. I also ordered 1 donut and 10 holes, very fresh. I just had say it was all very yummy.
