Mcdonald's - Châteauguay

Worst service the staff does nothing, frankly as closed at night.

Three people working, moving slower than slugs. This os nuts. Been sottong here for over 40 mins with 5 people in front of me.

Customer service was polite but vague and slow.The BigMac was DISGUSTING!!!My 7 years old would do a better job.Nothing like the add!!!Never will go there again!

We came to dinner today, and the cashier refused to offer the discount a McDonalds worker, being a customer, is entitled to on any purchase. This is a misunderstanding, but the way the client was treated in this situation was highly disrespectful: the client received demeaning remarks from the staff member. This lack of patience from the cashier took away any desire to eat what was served to us.

There were no customers seated, but all of the tables were dirty.
