Great pub serves good food. Great atmosphere with welcoming staff

I had a amazing lunch at the oak today, normal I have. A boring sandwich but today I had course and was a great value as well. The chocolate fudge cake was one of the best I've had in a long time. The place was clean and tidy and toilet WAC very clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and happy to help with everything. Place is very well run and they are good at explaining things. Thank you oak team for a lovely afternoon

I have visited this restaurant a few times and went for a drink with friends yesterday. The staff is friendly, and the service was good. It could use some fans if the weather is hot, but the menu is great. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

This restaurant is family-friendly and a great local pub. Everyone is made to feel welcome. The food is excellent, and if the staff aren't too busy, they will even wait tables. Special thanks to Steve and Dredge for keeping everyone fed and watered.
