River Grille - Chatham

Food was excellent! It is a bar atmosphere so it can be loud. Small dining room so there is often a wait but oh my the food was good! I had a pork chop special. Tender and juicy served with real delicious mashed potatoes and spinach. We had the chicken nachos as an app, I cannot recommend them enough. I think they were the best I have ever had!

It was my first night in Jersey and my friend brought me here for a bite to eat and some music and drink. Loved it reminded me of a pub in Westchester I used to go to all the time. Friendly fun and cozy. Food is wonderful! I had the French onion soup and the little neck clams and garlic sauce yum! Looking forward to going back when I head back to Jersey for a visit!
