Starbucks - Chatham

The girl who took my order did not greet myself over the speaker. Miserable as can be. Handed us the two drinks we ordered and no greeting or anything. Here and shuts the door. Unfortunately my rating is a 4 as I haven't felt well from my drink. A one off. Will be a returning customer anyway. Until today, it's been great service as usual.

I'm continually impressed with the customer service at the Starbucks on St. Clair Street. The employees there consistently greet you with a warm smile, creating a cheerful atmosphere that enhances the coffee experience. Their commitment to providing excellent service is truly commendable.

Exceptional service. Always made the way I like it. The folks working there are amazing. Warm and friendly.

WOW! Shout out to the two employees who were working around 730am today. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and requested soy or oat milk- whichever the barista thought would be best. When I got to the pickup window, the young lady explained that her and her coworker had a 'disagreement ' on which milk substitute to go with. She thought oat milk, whereas the other employee (fella) thought soy milk. Shortly after, the barista came to the window with two drinks: one with soy milk and one with oat milk so that I could compare!!! They both stood there with anticipation for me to try the drinks and we all had a laugh when I stated soy was the way to go. Hands down the BEST experience I 've ever had at Starbucks. They were both so kind and friendly. Very cool guys!

I've never waited longer at a Starbucks in my life...... the drive through is horrible.
