Villa Del Sol Apartments - Chatsworth

BEST place to live!!! I'm a resident for more than 10 years and happy to live here!!!!. Ramona and Carlos are the BEST!!! They both will take action ASAP, they always go above and beyond!!!! It is a place to call HOME!!!! You guys ROCK!!!!

I was a tenant here for 4 years and moved recently after purchasing my first home. I loved my experience here. Romona and Carlos really go out of their way to fix everything. The property is well maintained and there is a lot of greenery which is rare. They are constantly updating the property and units. One of the recent upgrades were brand new Nest thermostats. Super cool. It was bittersweet having to leave but I would absolutely recommend Villa Del Sol to anyone looking for a family friendly place to live.

I lived at Villa del Sol apartments for a year and I honestly couldn’t wait for my lease to end, there was nothing wrong with my apartment, in fact the amenities and apartment design is very pleasant. But the property manager Ramona is extremely rude and organized, instead of being helpful she ended up being more headaches and hassles. I make it sound simpler than the real struggle it was to deal with a manager like her, I truly wish I could have lived there longer but she makes it hard to live peacefully. There is always very poor communication from her side and as a result comes poor follow-throughs.

My husband suggested this restaurant today for lunch. It must be new-ish because I had never noticed it in the shopping center. It 's a delightful gem of a restaurant! I had the aquachiles verde and it said the shrimp was cooked in lime. Imagine my horror when it was raw (in my mind) shrimp. My husband explained the cooked in lime and with trepidation I took a bite. Why was I ever uncertain! This was delicious! Sour, spicy, fresh! I 'm a huge fan of this dish and can 't wait to try more here. I will be back!

Loved this Place! Amazing ceviche, shrimp cocktail, tacos, etc. Seafood is always fresh and delicious. The marisco tower with mango is unreal! The carnitas and adobada tacos are awesome! Some of the best I have tasted locally. Prices are very reasonable and service is always good. They also serve a variety of beers and play sports games on multiple TVs. Very happy to say this place is close by. Strongly endorsed!
