The best food truck on campus without a doubt. The wait times may be a bit unpredictable, but the food is definitely worth it. The catfish is incredibly delicious.

This restaurant in Knoxville offers the finest Cajun cuisine! The jambalaya is exceptional, the boudin balls are delicious, and the catfish is also excellent.

These were hands down the best shrimp tacos I've ever had. My wife ordered the fish meal and it was amazing as well! I would highly recommend this food truck

The food was absolutely incredible. The bread pudding was excellent and I will definitely be searching for the truck whenever I need a craving for Creole food.

1 hour wait. Rice so undercooked it was hard. Save yourself the disappointment. Would have just told them my dissatisfaction but they couldn't come to the window because they had no idea what was even going on.
