When I forgot my wallet, the kind elderly man behind the counter offered to comp my meal. This restaurant is known for its Christian charity, and it was a truly wonderful experience to witness that.
I am extremely disappointed with Chick-fil-A as this is now the second time in a row that they have forgotten to include food in my order, leaving members of my family without breakfast. The quality of the food has also been subpar for a while now, and the wait time in the drive-thru consistently exceeds 30 minutes. When I contacted them about the missing items the first time, they promised to add them back to my app but they never did. Now, after the same issue has occurred again, I have little confidence that they will follow through. As a result, my family has decided to no longer patronize this location.
I accidentally placed an order using the app for this restaurant location in Chattanooga while on a work trip. It took 15 minutes in the drive-thru to receive my order, as there were no workers outside assisting with breakfast or lunch orders. The management at this location definitely needs to be changed, as my experience was solely based on their parking situation. This was my second catering order of the day from this location, and breakfast went smoothly. However, when I arrived to pick up my lunch catering order, I found the entire parking lot blocked off with orange cones, except for two spots designated for pick-up orders. With no other parking available, I had to park on the side of a curb. After waiting inside for about 10 minutes along with other customers waiting for their orders, I brought my food outside to my car. A worker then made a passive-aggressive comment about me blocking the area, despite there being no other parking available. I explained the situation, but the worker seemed unconcerned and questioned if there were still two cars in the pick-up spots. I do not understand how a busy restaurant like Chick-fil-A in this area can justify having only two available parking spots for pick-up orders. I do not recommend this location for pick-up orders.
Order is always exact. Food is fresh and tasty. Manager is not the greatest. Was yelling at me for holding up the line when there were two cars in front of me blocking the exit. Wasn?t aware I could jump over cars? The other employees were killing itand definitely don?t get paid enough at this location.
Service at this restaurant was extremely sluggish. Our order was misplaced despite being placed in advance, resulting in a 30-minute wait. I would recommend trying a different location. Additionally, our order was incomplete, but we weren't able to verify everything as we were on-the-go.
