Wow...what a pleasant and delicious meal!! Service was friendly, professional, and attentive but not obtrusive (big thank you to Calista). Every dish was amazingly yummy, and the portions were generous. The onion rings were the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The kobe beef meatloaf was beyond amazing. Great atmosphere and not too noisy to hold a conversation across the table. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

We love this place ,just don't over that way enough. The food is so fresh, atmosphere is super and the wait staff Kyle was the best. Your double diamond martini is to die for.

We arrived just before our reservation time and were seated immediately. Half of our party was on their way but our server, Sierra, made sure that we were greeted warmly. We had a phenomenal meal considering our order was complicated and Sierra rolled with the punches and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We will request her section the next time we visit. Thank you to Firebirds staff for making our family dinner a memorable one. Sierra, you’re the best!!!

The service was much better the second time we visited. The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. We felt overlooked and forgotten from the moment we sat down. We had to wait too long to place our order, and even longer for ketchup for our fries, which the waitress had asked if we wanted when we originally ordered. Our drinks ran out halfway through the meal, and we had to wait far too long for water. Other customers who arrived after us ordered and received special drinks before our order was taken. They even got their salads before we received our food.

This is our go to place for all things celebratory! Two Friday evenings in a row we celebrated my husband... his birthday and Veterans Day. From our servers, kitchen staff, management and even fellow patrons, he was well celebrated for his 81 years of life and 30 years of dedicated years of service to our country as a soldier in the army. The food, ambiance, and entire dining experience is what keeps us coming back and telling others about this fine restaurant!
