First Watch - Chattanooga

The atmosphere at First Watch in Chattanooga's North Shore is fantastic. I was slightly disappointed by the small amount of bacon in my Trifecta meal, but I wasn't hungry so it wasn't a big deal. The waffle was surprisingly light and delicious, and the cage-free eggs were tasty as well. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you probably already know that. If you're in search of a high-quality brunch spot, make sure to give First Watch a try!

My son just came back from military assignment sonwent here for the first time together. Just an amazing variety of choices to choose from. I must have looked at the menus for 15 minutes trying to decide. Iced coffee was good but our food was great. For the amount of food and the healthiness of the menu the prices were just right. Tim was out waiter and I have to say probably top 3 servers i have ever had. Will definately be back.

They have really healthy meal options, their purple haze and granola power bowl has the ultimate protein and everything you need to start your energetic day! Definitely recommend comming here for vegans, gluten free eaters, and just plaine dieters!

After coming here the first time, we knew we had to come back. We got the chikichanga the first time and it was delicious. The portions were huge. We went back today and I got the Tri-Athlete (egg white omelette, toast, fruit cup). It was delicious and healthy. I also tried the pomegranate green hot tea. It was really good. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

I absolutely adored this restaurant! The food was fantastic and very creative. The chef really knows their stuff when it comes to developing the menu. We tried the chicken chimichanga, hacienda hash (which was a special on the menu,) and the watermelon and purple haze drinks. The watermelon drink was incredibly refreshing and vibrant, while the purple haze was also refreshing but had a different flavor profile. Both were excellent! The service was outstanding as well. I can't praise this place enough. I regret waiting so long to give it a try.
