Kfc - Chattanooga

This KFC is outstanding. The dining area is immaculate, and the customer service is top-notch. When I order ahead, the food is always hot, ready, and accurate! The drive-thru is efficient, detail-oriented, and incredibly quick, with friendly service. I've ordered from here multiple times and have never been let down. This location should offer training seminars for other KFCs and fast food restaurants!

It didn't meet my expectations at all. The new Wagyu burger I ordered was very disappointing; it tasted as if it had been microwaved along with the lettuce and tomatoes. For $7, I anticipated a much better experience. Wow! Food rating: 2/5.

The restaurant claims to be drive-thru only, yet there were guests dining inside. The customer service was rude and lacking, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Interrupting customers while they try to place their orders only makes the process take longer and shows a lack of basic manners. This issue at this location needs to be addressed. There are plenty of other places around that serve excellent chicken and treat their customers with respect.

Ordered $45.00 in food,Asked for sauce for tenders to have the rude girl at drive thru say they are out of 2different kinds,she said Don 't you have sauce at home? I literally paid for a meal that comes with sauce and then have to deal with this.Ill never be back at this location it has been terrible for years and only gets worse.Also shorted me 2 biscuits ?‍

Awful customer service left out food. I literally paid almost 12 dollars for 5 tenders the size of chicken nuggets and no sides besides a biscuit, and rude customer service to go with it.. never again
