Panera Bread - Chattanooga

The restaurant is extremely dirty. The carpet is disgustingly black. All of the tables were dirty as well. The place desperately needs a thorough cleaning! We were grossed out while trying to eat. However, the food was good.

I hadn't been to a Panera Bread in a long time! I wasn't extremely impressed, but I had low expectations since it was a weekend visit. There wasn't a long line, but the cashier could have been more attentive and friendly. It took 30 minutes for me to receive my bagel and egg, and people were leaving without their food out of frustration. I think better communication would have made a big difference. However, the food was delicious! The restaurant was clean. It might have just been an off day.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I usually visit the downtown location, but decided to try this one since it's closer to my workplace. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, so I walked in expecting it to be in the rapid pickup area, but it wasn't. I tried to get an employee's attention, but they were so rude that they ignored me. I ended up waiting 12 minutes in the store for an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup. Isn't the whole point of rapid pickup to be quick? Even the male manager (wearing a dark green shirt, so I assumed he was the manager) was very rude when I told him I had been waiting for 12 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. I had placed my order ahead of time for a specific reason, and this delay caused my morning to start off poorly. The employees had terrible attitudes and seemed to hate their jobs.

Yesterday I went to pick up but it was not ready. Apparently was taken. Panera re-did really fast.

The workers are amazing here! The store not so much. Needs a remodel or a very deep cleaning ! Bathrooms a mess and seating torn, dirty torn carpets big trip hazard. Dirty hand prints everywhere.
