This review comes after almost 1 year worth of experiences.When I had the first bad morning of barista service, I convinced myself it was my fault. But now, after umpteen more poor service experiences among several staff members, this Starbucks truly has a customer service issue.I stopped here 2 3x per week in the past. Now, I maybe stop in once per month purely because of the customer service. I go out of my way to another location.The best way I can describe my experiences is that the baristas team themselves like a high school clique and any customer is not in their clique. Therefore, they are treated with subpar demeanor. The female who appears to be the team lead seems as if she makes certain customers out to be villains, who the other staff members then recognize and treat accordingly.Excuses are rampant, snarky comments exist where they shouldn’t, and the product isn’t even worth the hassle.This location is in large need of talent development and customer service training.
Service was amazing as usual. I had the pineapple passion fruit lemonade and added Mango dragon fruit to it. One of my favorite drinks so far.

Christmas Eve Says “closes at 5:30” and they close at 5. Yep, I’m a Scrooge because the girl behind the counter has the audacity to tell me “sorry, we’re closed.” Guess what, be miserable like the rest of us and make my coffee. Suck one Starbucks.
