There is a serious hygiene problem as a former employee I was the only one cleaning properly and can 100 percent say people are drinking from dirty lines and glasses. The manager has zero experience in hospitality as he came from a takeaway and they steal tips and are rude to customers.Wouldn't recommend working or drinking there.

Got turned away because we hadn't made a booking yet only a couple of tables had reserved signs on them, lots of empty tables and a completely empty beer garden. For a new business I find it crazy that you are literally turning money away.A few other people also commented on how bad the carvery was saying that we had had a lucky escape being turned away.We did put this on your Facebook page but instead of replying to us you decided to delete the comments, strange way of dealing with customer complaints.If it's bookings only then simply mention this on your social media but when there are plenty of empty tables surely you'd prefer paying customers sat on them.

Says it’s open on Google. Turned up. Not open. Disappointing, one star!

Crisp in my drink and grubby floor. Very unimpressed. 3 staff on by really slow service. Table needed wiping and discarded serviettes and bits on the floor. Bring back the Almonds. Won’t be back.
