I ordered two 12in ham sandwich online app. When I picked up the sandwich at the store. My daughter and I sat down in the store and ate at the store. After we started eating the sandwich we both noticed nether of the sandwich had meat on them. I then went and told the girls that was working behind the counter. They remade mine. But because my daughter ate quarter of the sandwich. They refused the remake hers. After I got upset they was only going to 6in for her. I then told them I paid for. 12’ with ham not a 6in and threatened to call the corporation office on them. Then they remade my daughter sandwich.
Didn’t have a very good experience every time I come in there’s nothing available it’s always out of stock or the lady has always said it was frozen and there’s never no pretzels available when I went to order this time the lady took her hat off and scratched her head and fixed her face mask with the same gloves she was going to make my sandwich with do not recommend eating here
Initially, the server who approached us seemed to dislike her job; I figured she might just be having a tough day. I ordered a 12-inch chicken teriyaki sandwich and she asked me what kind of bread I wanted. I said white, but she didn't inquire about cheese and automatically added white American, which is what my husband orders. I ordered my Italian sandwich on white bread and specified that I wanted double cheese and which kind. When she started preparing the sandwiches, I noticed she used Italian herb and cheese bread instead of the white I requested. When I pointed out the mistake, she got defensive and insisted that I had said that type of bread. Even my husband, who was standing behind me, heard me say white. She argued that it was just white bread with herbs and cheese, which was frustrating. When she asked if I wanted it or not, I told her she was being rude, and she turned it around on me, claiming I was the one being rude. It was shocking! She made the error but got angry with me! Other customers nearby witnessed the entire exchange. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but her hair was half dark and half purple-red. I was disappointed that the other two employees didn’t step in to handle the situation better. I will be reporting this to corporate!
We waited for 10 minutes without anyone attending to us, and when I called out, there was still no one in the shop, so we decided to leave. We arrived around 2:00 PM. As we were leaving, we saw a person wearing a Subway shirt in the parking lot. Overall, the service was a 1.
