Donuts, muffins and drinks are very good, service was ok, need geduld, the atmosphere goes with the service. child-friendly: that's why I go for my grandchildren. both have a sweet tooth. park: william and bailey have in the regular enough parking space.

Was visiting Buffalo, NY and stopped to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The coffee is always great but the service wasn't so much. I had to repeat myself 5 times on how I like my coffee..2 sugars extra cream..and ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich..what I got was just egg..cheese bacon on a croissant..when I got to the window I was asked again how I liked my coffee. I couldn't understand what the issue was. Not sure if the speaker box in the drive thru doesn't work that well or what
