Chris and I would like to say a big thank you to the staff in Chez Francois. Today we had a wonderful experience, starting with a glass of champagne, served in a beautiful antique pink glass. After that we had a plate of 6 oysters each, superficial ethyl acetate dressing and wedges of lemon, fresh baked baguette with butter bites. On the side we had a chilled bottle of muscadet, presented in an icey bucket, so it remained cooled for the duration of our stay. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we would recommend a visit.

Afterwards, we had a platter of 6 oysters each, shallot vinegaret dressing and wedges of lemon, fresh baked baguette with pats of butter. On the side we had a chilled bottle of Muscadet, presented in an ice bucket so that it remained chilled for the duration of our stay. Atmosphere was very pleasant and we would highly recommend a visit.
