Jung Jong Jeju Black Pork Bbq - Cheju

Thanks to the young, beautiful and nice owner, we had a great late meal in Jeju. Recommend the restaurant. Will be back if we have chances.

Very hospitable and friendly staff. The lady that tended to us politely tended to us in English and helped us cook their spectacular black pork belly to perfection. She was also able to identify where the three of us were from (Singapore) and we had a pleasant conversation about their restaurant. After paying for our meal, she even offered to help us call a cab to get to our accommodation, seeing as it was nearing the end of cab drivers’ shifts. Upon realising that we wouldn’t be able to book a cab on our own, a member of the staff kindly gave us a ride to the Jeju bus terminal. We tried to tip him but he was humble in declining it and simply wished for is to patronise them again. 10/10 food and 11/10 service, would definitely recommend anyone to visit them when you can. The cafe upstairs is homely too, and you can head up there to have a small snack if the Jung Jong folks are away on break in between opening hours.

Black pork here is a must-try!!!! The waitress is super friendly and provided us with top notch service. Their sides were really yummy as well, especially their naengmyeon (cold noodles), personally the best I've tasted! There is also a cafe by the side, which serves amazing croissant and some other bakes, a place you can chill at if you happen to arrive during their breaktime (3-5pm). Absolutely worth our every buck, with their awesome service and food!!!!! Will be back again for more!!!

Best black pork experience in South Korea. The food was amazing, good value and the hospitality shown by the host to foreign guests like ourselves was unbelievable. Definitely a must go when in Jeju!

Amazing experience! The owners were so nice and helpful to recommend us how to enjoy the black pork, and the ambience was great. Food aside, they even helped us source for transport methods when we were going to leave the restaurant. They were so kind and service is top notch. Highly recommended!
