Favourite Grill - Chelmsford

I placed an order for £45 and was charged an extra £4 for delivery, even though the flyer advertised free delivery for orders over £12. #shameonyou.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered a takeaway delivery of a chicken kebab mix with shish kebab, chips, and strawberry cheesecake. However, there was no chicken kebab in my order, only rice which was not mentioned on the menu. The chips were extremely dry, and the strawberry cheesecake was still frozen. When I called to inquire about the mistake, the staff member was rude and unhelpful, offering me only two options: return the food in person for a cash refund or wait three hours for a refund to be delivered. This was not what I expected when ordering a quick meal for myself and my children. The restaurant failed to accurately describe their menu items and did not handle the situation well, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Best kebabs that we’ve had from a takeaway in Chelmsford for a long time. Ordered directly from them and delivery was within 45 minutes. Very tasty will 100% order from them again. Just wish they’d put the chips in a takeaway foil container to keep them warmer than the brown paper bag used.

These seriously are the best takeaway burgers we have had . So fresh and the homemade coleslaw is the best I've ever had . I highly recommend this place . 10/10 from me

All I can say is dreadful asked for a chicken burger with onions and mayonnaise got a chicken kebab with a pot of onions and a pot of mayo. Plus had two large lamb kebabs very dry and not a lot off meat. If you want a decent lamb kebab go to the anchor fish and chip shop in ingatestone.
