The facility features numerous pools, both hot and cold, along with a diverse selection of seating options. There are multiple saunas available, including both dry and steam varieties. I had an incredible massage during my visit. The only aspect I noticed that could be improved, compared to other spas, was the absence of plastic bags in the changing rooms for wet swimsuits.

While I understand the need for reservations on busy days, we chose to visit on a quieter day and assumed we wouldn't have any issues. A friendly staff member at the entrance informed us that since it wasn't busy, we could just go to the counter to make a reservation. However, when I approached the counter, the employee there began to express frustration over our lack of a reservation, repeating "a reservation is obligatory" at least three times. They eventually went ahead and made the booking but insisted we could have saved a lot of time—though I felt the process was already quite cumbersome, considering I was asked for my phone number three times in total. Moreover, two of the main facilities were closed during our visit. In the past, Nordik staff would always inform guests of such closures upfront and offer a voucher for reimbursement. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time; the steam rooms were closed, and we were neither informed nor compensated.

I absolutely loved this place! It was my first time visiting, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I can't speak about the massages or treatments since I didn't get the chance to try them, as I arrived late for my appointment. However, I really enjoyed the sauna sessions, especially the arboreal experience, which was my favorite. There’s a nice selection of saunas, pools, and relaxation areas. The food and beverage options were excellent as well, offering a diverse range of flavors.

I don't understand the hype or the cost of this place. Half of the facilities are closed, but you still pay the full price $107 for access. Everything from towels to napkins costs money... You don't accept cash. Facilities are moderate, small, many design features that make some areas unusable or inaccessible. The numerous water properties make the place quite loud between the sounds of spraying and all pumps. No WiFi access for customers, but there are three for employees and VIPs. The staff was generally unpleasant and the safety has no concept of personal space. Once you enter, you can not leave what makes the payment for an entry seem like a trap not a service. I'm sorry to be hard, but I find the same services for 1/4 of the price with a much better experience.

Wonderful place. It is so lovely to be there and enjoy the relaxing saunas and pools. And the food at the restaurant was out of this world! I will definitely be back again!
