Luxe Fish - Cheltenham

Really good quality fresh fish & loveley salads plus great chips make this a real treat if you are going to have fish & chips. Tables so you can eat in or take away Enjoy!!

The servings are generous but not overly cheap. There is always a good crowd so that always tells you a lot.

Stopped here for lunch as we felt like fish and chips. The food and prices here are really great. For $16 I got 2 large flathead fillets panko crumbed, 1 large prawn and 1 large and sweet scallop and a large serve of beautifully cooked chips. Servings are huge. Food is lightly battered and very fresh. The cafe is extremely clean and the young owner is friendly and knows his food. Some of the best fish and chips we have ever eaten. A real winner!

We found this place six months ago and loved it. Amazing fresh, gourmet style fish and chips and lovely salads to eat in or take away. Grilled fish was light and healthy. I'm not sure what's happened, but it's gone from being a huge hit to a real miss. We had grilled flake tonight, it was covered in soggy batter and the fish was virtually inedible. Our last order a couple of weeks ago wasn't much better, and the order was completely wrong. I don't think we will be back.

Eaten here and had take away many times as a local. Always great quality and worth the few dollars extra you pay over your standard fish and chips!
