Bidra med feedbackWe made a big order on Christmas day in pick up parking to save time and get back to our family quickly. Except we waited an hour in the car on the reserved place in front of the store while there was no one. My brother decided to go see it inside and the manager said he didn't know we were there and we weren't seen on the camera except that from our car we saw the counter. So the order was cold and there was no more burger. Very disappointed I would go to a burger King later dorenavent.
We ask you health passes after ordering and recuping your order ... no interest, otherwise it's a fast food like the others neither top nor bof
It's dirty. Tables not cleaned. I didn't see anyone doing the cleaning of the tables. Similarly little or no health pass control
RESTAURANT TO FUIR!!! On 21/12/21, I order on the bus terminals to take to Burger King Ormesson, with my sanitary pass and my 2 children. We have been dumped as mugs for the reason that it is mandatory to have downloaded the All Anti-COVID application, and register only via this application to be able to enter. I might have asked that we scan my health pass, nothing to do, we got thrown out. This practice is totally illegal and not covered by a text. I'm gonna make a signal to the authorized control services.
Order validated at 12:57 a 13:35 still no order in preparation and as an explanation a cold and aggressive manager shouting at me I am alone in managing everything I can do nothing!!! Refund the request immediately because unacceptable behavior!!!
