Johnny Rockets - CHEROKEE

Very long waiting time to put my order with 1 person in front of me, then another 10 minutes wait for my food. would not have noticed the waiting time for the food if it had not warm fryed and burned burgers with cheese, which on them was so long burned on the grill.

Burger lacked flavor. The cheese didn't melt on sandwich. The fries were limp, barely warm. There was only 2 people working when it was extremely busy. The cashier would take several orders then go cook burgers, make sandwiches, cook chicken tenders. The other worker helped with fries, making milk shakes, and delivering the order. They were working very hard. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of himself/herself. The Johnny Rockets at Harrah Casino in Cherokee, NC is terrible!!! O yeah the floor was so greasey that the employees were sliding on them while wearing no skid shoes. Disgustingly managed!

Went here to eat before an event at the casino. Only 2 people working with 50 people in line. Everyone we was with got a cheeseburger and we all got violently sick 24 hours later. Don't risk it, eat a prepackaged sandwich before you eat here.

The service is bad here. I ordered a plain burger and got a ICE COLD loaded disgusting burger spent $40.00 fries and hot dogs after waiting 45 mins in line I had to throw it all out what a joke 0 stars

This Johnny Rockets location is not worth your money. The service was adequate enough, but the food was awful. The burger was tasteless and watery, and it required heaps of salt and mayonnaise to make it even slightly appetizing. The hotdog had a gross texture, cold chili and cheese, and was also tasteless. The chili cheese fries were no different. A premium price for a burger that is outmatched by McDonald's? Take your dining break outside of the casino and avoid being ripped off.
