Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Cherry Hill

Luke was an energetic and bubbly server. He got everything we needed in a timely manner. He remained professional at all times and made sure we felt comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly. He even dressed up for Disney day “dipper”. Will be back hope to have luke again!

I ordered curbside pick up, when I arrived parked in curbside parking called the number given 3 times. No one answered, so I went in, everyone was in the back hanging out. When I mentioned them not answering the phone, they said their was a problem with the line. Which was a lie because I had to call 10 minutes later when I got home had things missing. Also couldn't even eat the clam soup because it smelled foul, like rotten fish looked like vomit. they gave us burnt pretzel bites. The last few times have been nothing but bad food poor service! I will no longer eat food from them.

Awesome! Andrew deserves every tip for his work tonight. They were sold out of quite a few menu items, the joint was busy! Andrew, you rock!! He had an answer to every question we had, the food was off the hook! I had a veggie burger, picture to follow. Andrew, we'll be back! A birthday celebration to remember.

The food was good. Waiting was open over an hour with only 1 section due to lack of personalization. There was something to be desired in front of the house, but in front of the host and hostesses had faces of people who seemed disturbed by everything.

Very busy, and now I know why! Best burger I?ve had in a couple years!!! Great staff. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.
