Bidra med feedbackThe bartender was excellent. Eating the BBQ chicken was a bit chaotic, but it wasn't bad at all. I was in the area and needed a quick bite before heading back to Delaware.
The food was good. Waiting was open over an hour with only 1 section due to lack of personalization. There was something to be desired in front of the house, but in front of the host and hostesses had faces of people who seemed disturbed by everything.
When we were finally escorted to our table, it was not cleaned. It seemed as though we had been seated at the table of a party that had just left. Although there were other empty tables available, we were not given one that was ready. It felt rushed, and we expected better sanitization, especially during the pandemic when cleanliness is paramount. Our server seemed overwhelmed from the start, likely due to staff shortages and a long day. While that's understandable, it is still no excuse for the level of service we received. She even mixed up one of our orders, and when we pointed it out, she tried to dismiss it by claiming we had ordered something different. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory. We usually enjoy dining at Red Robin, but the service we encountered this time was disappointing, and I have no desire to return to this location.
The Sautéed 'Shroom Burger at Red Robin is incredible. The garlic Parmesan fries are equally fantastic!
Very busy, and now I know why! Best burger I?ve had in a couple years!!! Great staff. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.
