Wendy's - Cherry Hill

This place is disgusting. I just ordered a sharp chicken sandwich that they gave me crispy and it was literally RAW. I noticed after I had eaten half of it and almost threw it. THEN I take it back ask for a refund and the manager does not apologize and gives me only HALF my money back. The worst experience I've ever had in my life, I definitely call.

I had a really excellent experience at this particular location. I don't come out to New Jersey to often and was actually getting food for someone else. I think that this team personifies what true teamwork and real customer service is like. The manager, Danielle, has gone above and beyond and should definitely be considered for further advancement. If you're looking for a good place to be treated like your money matters, look no further then this Wendy's!

I ordered food through the drive-thru, and it was ready in no time! The Son of Baconator was cooked perfectly, and the fries were hot, though I didn't notice any salt on them. The pineapple mango lemonade was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I finished it anyway! Overall, I give it a score of 92 out of 100.

My granddaughter loves the baked potato with bacon, cheese, and sour cream. She always tells me how delicious it is. Wendy's staff consistently provide friendly service, but be prepared to spend nearly $10.00 for a baked potato and a Sprite.

I ordered the number 6 spicy chicken sandwich with a baked potato instead of French fries. I also used my deal to get a small shake for free, along with the large iced tea I ordered. The service was quick and very friendly. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
