This is a place with an excellent atmosphere, great people and accommodations that had more amenities than most hotels I’ve frequented !! The garden area is very large and a good place to unwind with adequate parking. Add that’s it close to shops and restaurants PLUS a great group of locals that make you feel welcome and you’ve got the best of everything. Paid to stay 1 night advertised a restaurant, but the chef had left weeks ago, so there is no food .went into town for food and came back for a night cap at approx 9.30pm. The place was closed!!! Even for residents, so had to go back into for a night cap!!! Ridiculous Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

We stayed here for the weekend, the room was clean and spacious, it had a lovely en-suite. The inn was centrally located to town. Rooms: We had room 2, the Inn is situated on a very busy cross roads, so if your warm and sleep with windows open... take some ear plugs as traffic starts early doors, but not a lot the Inn can do about the noise though! Walkability: its very close to town... only a few minutes walk to town centre Food drinks: The Inn does not serve food! Noteworthy details: Its room only, no cooked breakfast, they did leave us some 'Pot oats ' for the first morning though! Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value

Stayed here to attend an old friends funeral in Banbury and found the staff to be really helpful and pleasant. The room was excellent value for money with a few little extra touches (pain au chocolat for instance) that you wouldn't get elsewhere.
