The staff is professional and polite. In addition, the food is well prepared and cooked for the standard. The menu has a wide selection of meals, with healthier options compared to other fast food restaurants. Great experience every time I go to this place!

Food is excellent as always! Friendly staff. Just reason why I won't give a full 5 stars is because my pick-up orders for salad aren't always consistent. There's always something missing from my orders. Either toppings, napkins or utensils.

Always impressed by how fast the drive-thru is, even if it is very crowded. Do not be surprised when the trip thru is full - the line usually wraps around the building, but despite the traffic, they are very fast and the workers are friendly. I order my food almost instantly and it usually takes less than five minutes for me to get my food, maybe ten minutes max, but this is very rare. I've been to this place a lot and they never got my order wrong. Your work is very efficient and effective; by far the fastest and best quality fast food you can enjoy in Tyndall Parkway.

What can I say it is Chick-fil-A, Not sure what they do differently in hiring and training their staff, but one day can take note of all other fast food sites before they lose customers and market shares. As always, clean, correct order and unlike other fast foods, there is no drama with the staff.

They have a nice set up but when it comes to drive through I get the people outside may make things slightly faster, but it's more difficult for the customer when they don't have a menu to choose what they want. We also had some issues with the one taking the order and inside getting the order wrong. After calling them they did say they would replace the messed up parts of the order but still a hassle to not get what you asked for
