Don't ever buy at sarku japan greenbrier mall, ever again, you're wasting your money. The food isn't good, lynhaven mall is better, but I don't buy from there either, the price is too high and they decreased the amount of food. Ripoff!Food: 1/5

I’ve been getting food from Sarku for years, but at this point I have to say that I’m done. It’s clear they don’t respect customers who order delivery via DoorDash. You pay a premium for the convenience and they give you way less food because you’re not standing in front of them. This is the third time this has happened, so shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt twice. This was an order with “double meat”.

The rude guy taking orders tried to tell me I didn't order fried rice, had to make a separate order for it. The spring rolls were STOLL FROZEN! On top of that, they laughed at me when I asked for chopsticks. Wouldn't go here.Food: 1/5
