Bidra med feedbackEvery time I visit this location and order something with bacon, I find myself disappointed by the very small amount I receive. If someone were to see my Baconator Fries right now, they would be shocked by how little bacon is included. It reflects poorly on this business and shows a lack of effort and care in quality control. Wendy’s in Grassfield, it's time to get it together—this is the sixth time! Sometimes my Baconator Fries come out without enough bacon, and when I raise the issue, I'm met with apologies that don’t really fix the problem. After five previous attempts, I believe I deserve something in compensation for the repeated letdowns. As my friend just pointed out, these employees need to pay closer attention to their work.
I ordered some spicy chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich, but they didn't include my sauce or the two cookies I ordered. That's $3 wasted. I won't be returning to that Wendy's. The staff seemed nice and helpful, but they still forgot my sauce and cookies. Plus, my sandwich was very poorly made.
Terrible customer service! They can't get an order right, and the staff doesn't seem to care. This place should be shut down, just like Applebee's. They could learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A, where customer service is taken seriously.
The customer service is poor and rarely do they get your order right. I wanted to make a complain but each time, they failed to give me a receipt. I recommend checking your order before you leave the drive-thru.
The workers were very rude and had an attitude! I was not rude to them at all! The manager has the audacity to ask why I didn?t order the lemonade at the speaker ! Stay away from this one!
