Near the train station at Cheseaux-au-Lausanne. Airy Mediterranean atmosphere in July. Food is imaginative and hearty. I had a Caesar salad with chunks of fried chicken and a light and creamy Caesar dressing. Filling portion, and the other salads looked good too. My son enjoyed the Vitello Tonneli, cold sliced veal with a creamy tuna sauce and salad with fries. Service was prompt and friendly. Pricey but excellent.

Very nice discovery! Nice setting and wonderful chocolate fondant!
The flank steak was a little hard to cut. For the rest, it was very good. Impeccable, polite and smiling service.
