Starbucks - Cheshire East

Clearly understaffed. Should not have to wait 20mins for two coffees. Get served one, then a further wait for the staff member to make and serve the second coffee. This is an ongoing issue. Missed trains previously because of the extended waits in this store. Do better Starbucks!

Nice place where to go and rest your mind but only problem is seems they have new staff who is absolutely not in a right place. Been there couple times amazing. But last few times disaster. Young girl on till can't find right drink finally charged me more than I ordered. I don't think I'm gonna be there again

I have visited this Starbucks two days in a row and both times my coffee was made incorrectly. The service is slow even when the store is not crowded and the staff seem disinterested in their jobs. I have decided to stop going to this store.

Chose a smoked ham cheddar and mozzarella panini for a late lunch. It only contained one very thin slice of ham, so there were big areas of it that had no ham. Also the cheddar cheese was undetectable all in all it was bland, mean and very disappointing even though I was hungry, I left most of it. Starbucks really should improve the quality for the price

My and my mother were on a lovely day out and had decided to go to Starbucks. We had ordered hot food and drink. The food was done but the drinks weren’t. The man that was supposed to be doing our drinks walked out and didn’t return for nearly 20 minutes. Probably for his break. And badly timed I may add. My poor mother and I had to stand at the counter waiting for the drinks leaving our food there expecting it to be quick. By the time the man had come back, it took him seconds to make them. We sat down in a silent rage ready to eat only to find that the food was cold.
