Bidra med feedbackWe were Friday night. To my surprise, I discovered that they encourage you to stay as long as you want and not chase you out of the door to turn the table. The wine selection is fabulous, although you are better off with a bottle than a glass, unless you just want one. The whole food is good, but the Spetzle app is a must like the apple strudel for dessert. The service is extremely congenital, but not fast. Don't come here for a quick bite. The two gentlemen who run (own? the restaurant a certain look at what it should be, and they lead the place accordingly. That is why you own your own place to do it on your way. So far a cozy, ingenious and a bit expensive dinner comes here. Because YUM!
Excellent food and 6 star service! Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Wonderful selection of Austrian favorites and classic steaks with delicious sauces to enhance. Beers and wines to complement, perfectly prepared veggies, spaetzle, and potato pancakes. We'll be back.
Perfectly portioned, authentic Austrian country cuisine in a comfortably decorated, repurposed space. Nice menu selection in the $20s to the $30s and you get what you pay for. Delicious! Note that we ate dinner during the week and there was only one [very friendly] server and the chef, Markus so the service was pretty slow. Make sure you bring good company! As of this review, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays, but doublecheck the website and make reservations.
The food and wine here are truly outstanding! We all shared the appetizers and entrées we ordered (even though we're not related), and every dish was incredibly delicious and unique. The chef pays special attention to the sauces and has definitely mastered his craft. I can't praise this restaurant enough; everything from the food and drinks to the service and decor was perfect. It was a bit tricky to find, but I’ll definitely remember how to get back!
This is a tale with two parts. During our first visit, the experience was quite disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant around 5 PM, only to discover it was nearly empty...
