The Gold Bean Cafe - Chester Basin

Ordered a wrap and salad. Was told the salad would be extra by almost $5. So I asked for just the wrap, was told they couldn't charge for just a wrap. I had to order fries or potatoes.Wrap came half frozen, fries over-cooked and very dark brown.Not a great experience, but the service was great.

The quality of food and portion size has dropped dramatically since they first opened. Last 3 orders were wrong, it's a shame we can no longer support this business. Will drive to Bridgewater instead from now

Food was good. Large servings. Lobster chowder was excellent. Baked beans were also excellent. Service was slow due to a large online order.

Stopped to eat while passing through, found it on google maps, food was good! We got a club sandwich and a club wrap the dipping sauce with the fries was delicious! The club was good, reasonable price, pleasantly surprised.

I worked in the area and stopped at the regular for lunch, highly recommended. Super friendly staff with delicious, inexpensive dishes. Service: Food type: Lunch
