The owner of Abc-Knödeln is an amazing individual. Although he's a busy man, he always takes the time to answer his calls. I run a small knödel shop in CBD Sydney, and I've faced some challenges due to COVID with my supplier. I reached out to Peter, and he invited me to visit his factory, which was fantastic. This is the first time I've encountered this issue with the products and dumplings I purchase from your company. Generally, I find the taste and quality to be very good. However, I recently discovered a small rock in the meat of one of the dumplings. It might be a good idea to enhance your quality control processes, as this poses a serious risk if swallowed or bitten into. Kind regards,
